2018 was an intense year for myself both professionally and personally. I am looking to continue that momentum into 2019. In the coming weeks I will be posting my 2019 goals. Some of them seem ambitious, but all of them seem obtainable. One of the things that will be on that list of goals will be a much more frequent use of this blog as an outlet to let others know things I have been working on and hopefully provide a little bit of education around my experiences.
Finally, I am able to provide an update into some of the work that I have been doing in preparing for the Cisco DC SEVT. If you are not familiar with what the VT is let me explain. Twice a year, usually in May and in Novermber, Cisco brings together the technology specialists from the various desciplines (Data Center, Security, Enterprise Networking, Collaboration) for a week each in sunny San Jose.
I am finally getting to a place in my life where I think relaunching my weblog makes sense. I am not sure of the direction that this weblog will take, nor to I know if regular updates will be made, but I am looking forward to providing a glimpse into some of my experiences as I continue on my journey. A little background, I am a Data Center Technical Solutions Architect for Cisco Systems supporting Enterprise customers in the Pittsburgh, PA and Cleveland, OH areas.
